Hello there!

I’m so glad you’re here!

If you haven’t figured it out yet, my name is Kassandra Garrison.

Here’s a little background.  I was born and raised in Southern Illinois with two older sisters by my mom and dad.  Growing up, I always had my nose in a book.  When I was twelve-years-old, I actually wrote a book.  (You’re not missing out!  There’s a reason tweens don’t write historical romance novels!)

Now, I live with my husband and high school sweetheart, Joseph.  He’s also my personal IT consultant and brainstorming partner.  (Don’t feel too bad for him.  He has me as his personal chef!) Our love and mutual weirdness blessed us with our daughter, Nora, and son, Emmett.  Add two rescue dogs with vastly different personalities and there’s never a dull moment in our house!

When I’m not chasing a toddler, cuddling a teething infant, or baby-talking two sixty-pound dogs, I am writing my next novel or blog post, reading a rom-com, baking bread, or watching Pride & Prejudice.  (The 2005 version, of course!)

With my writing, I hope to uplift, inspire, and encourage my readers.  Whether it’s diving into one of my romance novels for a happy escape or reading one of my blog posts to help you push through a rough day, I hope to touch your heart and put a smile on your face.
